There is a common rooftop area, which is great for enjoying time up there on the fourth level. About the occupants
I'm a friendly and open-minded single 39-year old gay male, full-time worker, and proud homeowner, born close by in Kogarah. My current flatmate, who I met just prior to the COVID-19 lockdown has decided to upturn his career by moving to the Eastern suburbs to work for a highly reputable hairdresser salon. We have shared a very clean and cozy homely lifestyle over the past four years with ultimately living in comfort, cleanliness and utmost respect. Whilst I understand that all good things must come to an end, I am hoping my next flatmate can be equally respectful, clean and tidy and for us getting along well together. I work in the home building construction and development industry, which I love. My work is South-West Sydney-based and my head office is located at Macquarie Park which I also sometimes travel to during the week. I only WFH on some days during the week, perhaps 1/5... As much as I am a social person from time-to-time, I do also cherish my downtime in quietness and peace. I would ideally want someone who isn't heavily into a partying lifestyle, and who does work full-time, non-smoker, with no pets being granted (as I am bound by this rule with my rental agreement). I am a social drinker only and a non-smoker. Of course, if you're partnered, I don't mind them coming over to stay periodically, however to be mindful that this will be our shared home, which I stipulate maximum of two people living here as a firm rule.
