Description of the home

A single room in a fabulous luxury 2 bedroom apartment. You are less than 1 minute from the train station and are close to all the shops. Your room has its own access to the balcony and we will supply bed, desk and chair if you need them. The room also has a large built in wardrobe with mirror doors. Included is high speed internet access and all household bills. You will have your own large bathroom. You will be living with one other couple who have their own bathroom. We are a happy home and the apartment has great views. You get the afternoon sun shining into your room. We expect limited use of kitchen and will discuss if you are interested.

You can also use all the other facilities in the apartment complex which include an indoor and outdoor pool, 2 gymnasiums, BBQ areas and a private park. The building has 24 hour security and is quiet and very safe. Non Smokers only please.
