Room is large, and has built in wardrobe that runs the length of 1 wall from floor to ceiling .... therefore, plenty of storage room. Room is furnished with double bed, bedside table, dresser and lamp as well as pillows and bed linen. If you have your own furniture, I can put mine in storage. This room is available for a single person, a couple, or 2 friends travelling together. I'm easy which ever way ... but you won't be sharing with a stranger. Should it be 2 friends sharing that want separate beds, I am currently looking into getting another bed for that option.

I'm relatively laid back and easy going and enjoy a drama free home and life. Currently self employed as a Handyman, though looking to return to full time work ... but keep the Handyman work as a side gig. Also participate in fund raising events for Childhood Cancer.

Compatible people
The ideal Housemate would be friendly, we don't have to be besties, but communication is good. It isn't comfortable coming home to a stranger. Must be honest, respectful and show general common sense. I don't expect you to maintain the home, but I do expect you clean up after yourself. Your friends are welcome, but there's a balance ... it's a home, not a hangout. As I rent the property, I have to follow certain rules, I would expect my housemate and their guests to follow the same rules ... all of which are just plain common sense. Am open to stay length, whether you are looking for something long term, or short term (ie back-packer, working visa etc).
Description of pets
I have a pure bred English Staffy, who is friendly and an attention seeker, and always after someone to throw the ball for her. She's also an outside dog, and has her own outside room.
