Description of the home

Great location walk everywhere, lots of trees, a converted warehouse brand new bathrooms, Great communal rooftop area in the building with BBQ and tables etc. . Across the road to UTS and Sydney University, Broadway Shops, Central Railway, Sydney CBD, would suit a student, I work in office most days. and often continue work when I get home.

To describe the unit downstairs from front door , down hall you get to the laundry with clothes dryer, washing machine, sink , toilet and basin, then opens out to living area with a small kitchen (1 person at a time), alcove off the kitchen which I use for my home office and the lounge room. There is a large covered verandah which has a dining table and chairs. lots of windows and you can see the tree tops on two sides as we have the corner unit on 3rd floor.

Upstairs ... is main bedroom suite, which is a large room with ensuite and built in wardrobe. It has a queen-sized bed , bookshelf, bedside cupboard desk chair and armchair. This is the room I am renting out. My room is at the end of the hall and is a very small mezzanine overlooking the loungeroom downstairs so unfortunately there is no way to block off from the noise downstairs. This is why I am renting out the main bedroom as it's large and you can watch TV in there etc if I have gone to bed. I have my own bathroom upstairs near my room. The ceilings upstairs are a little low so it can get warm in the peak of summer, we have fans and also a portable aircon unit for your room as there is no air conditioning. In summer the pubic pool near the uni is lovely and only up the road. I love living here and previous flatmates have loved it too, which, to date, have been international students and interns.
