Super cute and homely share house in Chippendale! Super central. You’ll be living with one 24 yr old female and one 22 year old female. Sadly our third room mate is moving out. You will have your own bedroom, which has a skylight and aircon. The living room is a shared space where you are more than welcome to hang we have Apple TV with most streaming services and a Nintendo switch which always gets the competitiveness going 🤩🤩 10 min walk to both Redfern train station and central station so super great location! If you’d like to come check out the place please just reach out! We can provide linen and towels and we will clean out the space upon move in date. I am 24 and next year I will be in my final years of study for podiatry. I work part time doing reception work at a clinic close by. I like keeping active but am also quite extroverted so love a hang and chit chat. I love bonding over food and good wine. I tend to spend weekends with friends and wondering around! I’ve lived in this house for over 4 years and I love the vibe and location. It’s super chill and we love keeping an upbeat warm environment.
Lottie has just graduated this year finishing her degree in engineering! She works at Lulu lemon and likes to socialise, keep active and also a cheeky end of week bev.
Everyone tends to have pretty busy lives and we don’t spend much time at home. But when we do we try and make the most of it. Preferably we want someone that isn’t just ‘sub-leasing a room’ but someone that we could see as becoming a friend. We all respect each others personal space and keep the place tidy.
