The room is a decent enough size to fit a double bed and have enough space leftover, room can come with a double bed frame which can be bought if needed for a small additional fee. Room also has a small cupboard for storage. Photos of the room to be added (currently in the process of moving stuff around so a bit of a mess).

The house is very close to the Rose Hotel, Usyd, UTS and Broadway.
We have a parking permit available if you have a car, otherwise there’s so many public transport options nearby. There is a small outdoor decked area with seating and BBQ, great for having friends over in summer!
Move in date is as early as this Sunday 29/4/24. Aaron is around for viewings Friday/Saturday/Sunday.
Rent is $300/week paid fortnightly. Bond is 4 weeks rent. You will be put on the lease with the landlord, and will need to provide the usual documentation.
