Either you inherit the furniture left behind or we keep the bedroom unfinished. You decide once you check the room out.

Description of the home
You'll be sharing the house with Madi (me, 29), Yasmine (31) and Louie (30).
The three of us get along well, we have a comfortable living arrangement and we're all very friendly with each other!
We all work average full-time working hours and we're looking for another person with a similar lifestyle too.
The house is fairly rundown, typical of properties in the west but only a 10 minute walk to Haymarket and 5 mins walk to Broadway shopping centre. In the middle of the university district.
We all smoke, sometimes drink, and sometimes we have friends or family visiting, but we are respectful of each others comfort and don't allow anyone to stay for too long without also contributing to the rent. This is not a party household, we have friends over but not too often or too regularly.
But obviously no narcs.
We spend most of our times in our rooms but we do often share a meal or watch something all together in the living room. We all get along really nicely and we're looking for an easy going person to join our chill house energy.
We live in the best spot in Sydney. It's busy, it's close to everything, there's pubs and parties everywhere, swimming pool is super easy to access, near to universities, great food, friendly neighbours, personally I love this area and I won't leave Chippendale (I'm moving into the spare room upstairs).
The room is the only bedroom on the ground floor, comes partially furnished or totally unfurnished.

I'm very busy with an active lifestyle and I come in and out of the house all the time.
I listen to music or have headphones in most of the time. I rarely cook, and spend most of my time in my room drawing and watching something.
Sometimes I find stuff (alcohol, snacks, recently a whole 8 pack of toothbrushes) in vacant properties so I'll bring it home for us all to enjoy haha
Yasmin is a kindergarten teacher, she is very active in her lifestyle as well and sometimes has her partner over to hang out in her room (she has the biggest room with a balcony, perfect for chilling) she's very nice, very sweet, so thoughtful and amazing to get along with, Yasmine is the best!
Louis is a salesman, he is super friendly and can speak more languages than you would assume! He's probably the friendliest guy that you will ever meet in your entire life and he always makes me laugh. Super funny and kind! Sometimes get involved in the party scene.
Between the three of us we don't cook too often and we don't get cooked too often so it's a pretty chill household.between the three of us we are pretty quiet, friendly, respectful of each other, and we're all laid back
The new housemaid has to not be too sensitive about smells or sounds. If you are extremely sensitive to sounds and smells this property is not for you.
Housemate has to be pretty lenient because the benefits outweigh the cons however it is a small room and it's right off the kitchen.
The new housemate will basically have almost the entire bottom floor to themselves we do occasionally use the lounge room however not that often so you'll have your own shower and basically free access to the kitchen.
