USYD and UTS are both nearby, making it an ideal location for students and exchange students. Victoria Park is only a few minutes away and offers plenty of green space, as well as a public swimming pool that is perfect for cooling off during Sydney's hot summer days.

Broadway Shopping Centre is just a 15-minute walk from the house, providing a wide range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and everyday essentials. The surrounding area is full of great cafés, grocery stores, and shopping opportunities, giving you everything you need right on your doorstep while still enjoying a relaxed and friendly neighbourhood atmosphere.
