This granny flat is situated in one of the best locations in Chipping Norton within 3 minutes walking distance to the shopping centre. Granny has independent access, 2 bedrooms, hall and kitchen, front porch, has two toilets and one shower, split Aircon in the hall and a small independent enclosed backyard .
One bedroom has a private toilet attached as a powder room. Furniture included are fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, basic chairs, couch, bedside chest, a trestle table. Bills included in the rent are water and WiFi ( both available through the main house.) Electricity is not included. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Frontyard maintenance will be taken care by the owner.
Note : Two individuals can team up and sign a single rental agreement. It will not be rented out to two individuals on separate rental agreements.
