Looking for a room in a lovely community?
My mother is looking for a flatmate in her apartment in Chiswick.
Your future room is currently empty with a built in wardrobe and is ready for you to move in from the 14th of May.
The apartment has a 2 bedroom, 1 Bathroom with Kitchen, Laundry, lounge/dining room with TV and balcony which you will share with her.
The complex is full of lovely people who look after the grounds and apartment shared Pool.
Location is great!
Opposite to a Park on the water's edge with community garden and Chiswick Ferry station.
2 min walk to a bus terminal, convenience store, bottle shop and restaurants.
Want to know more about who you are living with, my mother is a retired senior that loves reading, cooking and art.
The room is $350 a week excluding bills.
Bills are shared between the two of you (electricity & gas).
There is currently no internet set up but would be more than happy for you to add this if needed.
