It is in a two bedroom unit opposite shops next to the buses and roughly 1km to Clovelly beach. Coogee, Brontë, and Gordon’s beach.

It is a home complete with courtyard, veranda, private entrance, king size bed built in robes, loads of light loads of privacy the apartment has a bath, laundry, and lots of convenience.

I am an Educator and Dog walker, and am pretty open and flexible. Happy to adjust to the environment to other tenant be it short or long term.

However it is not a party house and is still subject to the same cleanliness and respect you would show in any communal space.
