About occupants
We are a couple in our mid-forties. We work full-time (3 days at home in a separate office). We are regular ocean swimmers and social (dinners, movie, trivia) as opposed to drinking and clubbing (those days are over!). Generally early risers & early to bed. I moved from Ireland 15 years ago and my partner from South Africa 30 years ago so pretty settled here now! We have always shared our home and have been incredibly lucky with awesome housemates who are now lifelong friends :)
Compatible people
We are looking for someone social (who won't lock themselves in their room and happy to eat / socialise with us when they want). As we have 2 cats, we would ideally have someone move in who also likes cats (or atleast doesn't mind them!). We are not looking for a party animal as we are keen to keep our quiet haven quiet! Clean and tidy is a must. Basically, someone who enjoys being around others, respectful, mindful & has a positive outlook on life. Unfortunately not open to couples. Nonsmokers only.
Description of pets
We have 2 cats, a 11 year old fluffy male and a 4 year old female. They are timid until you get to know them but then they'll be looking for cuddles in no time!
