Older style house (old everything), shared bathroom with the toilet in the bathroom, so would probably be only suited to having another guy to share this house with (will be sharing with two other guys).
There is a second outside toilet that is very basic, but does the job when all in the house and needing to use the facilities at the same time!
Huge, back yard for the medium sized house dog Billy, and Summer BBQ's, a hills hoist.
Billy is an inside and outside of the house dog. Very calm, friendly and clean, not a barking dog, sleeps in Dave's room at night so not out the back making any noise!
There is a back shed with plenty of space for storage of items.
5 min walk around the corner to Major's Bay Road shopping village, with a Coles, bus stops to connect to Burwood and Strathfield, or Cabarita if you need to use the ferry service.
Decent speed internet, basic Smart TV in living room all connected up and ready to go for watching sport/series etc.
Room can be completely unfurnished with a good, big, built in wardrobe and lots of space in the backyard and shed for any other items you need to bring and store.

Come and move in with the two Dave's ! (David B and Dave O).
We have been living together for 3 years now, with the third bedroom available , move in date approx.16th June 2025.
Lease is ongoing. There have been no indications that it will end at any stage soon.
You will have to sign on to the lease as a co-tenant, with all usual identification check/requirements. Standard procedure .
We are looking for someone that is happy to make a home out of an older style house. You will be keen to join in and keep the inside and outside of the house nice and tidy and presentable.
This would not suit anyone looking for a modern place...with all the mod cons.
Kitchen has basic stove top/oven, a microwave and air fryer, small weber bbq in back yard.
Dave O (blonde bloke) works in mental health, and has a half sized mini Kelpie that will be sharing the house as well. He is a no stress 11 yr old, inside/outside doggo (sleeps in Dave's room at night, so no barking etc).
Dave O is a gay bloke, rugby (union) nut, ex player, coach. He is a Lifeline Telephone Crisis Supporter, very open and accepting of all walks of life, and keen to live with someone who is the same.
David B is an early childhood teacher. Easy going, likes to just relax after busy days working around children all day.
Because of the single bathroom , with the toilet in the bathroom, we reckon it would only work having a male as the 3rd housemate. There is an older style outdoor dunny that helps when everyone is in the house and needs to use the facilities at the same time (please also note, it would not be suitable to have someone with a partner join the house, with only one bathroom).
Only keen to team up with easy going, accepting, friendly individuals.
This is not a late night party house. We love the idea of friends and family over during the daytime, early evening hours for social events, but please don't consider living here if you are a noisy night owl/bring the party home animal.
