Amazing location. Birds nest very private double bedroom..in 2 bed apartment, quiet, clean and warm with heaters and blankets. North end of Coogee Beach. 4 minute walk to the sand.
Room is fully furnished ..is super clean, peaceful, private, safe, secure and bright - and at the other end of the apartment, so private. Lovely working space to use in the kitchen area with monitor.
The room and apartment has everything we need well organised.
Plenty of bonuses including a wonderful community here..great backyard BBQ area. Location is unbelievable for everything if you don;t mind a few stairs.

Close to everything - beautiful bar, 'The Pavillion' 3 minutes walk - very local, very nice, clean, simple.
Birds nest, Stones throw from the most famous Sydney walk to Bondi.
We have fast NBN, a modern gas kitchen, floorboards.
