Within 5 min walking distance are a selection of cafes, post office, bottle shop, physio, bar, laundry and Woolworths and restaurants on the Coogee Bay Road strip.

The 373 bus to the city is across the road and the 313 from Bondi Junction stops 2 doors up.

The apartment is FULLY furnished, kitchen is FULLY setup. Just the bedroom is empty for you to put your stamp on it.

The room is a good size and is fitted with a built in wardrobe ONLY. There is no bed, but plenty of room for double or queen size. There is room for drawers and/or desk also.
