I’m renting out my lovely, large room whilst I go home for 5/6 weeks from the 24th May. It’s a HUGE 4 bedroom place in Coogee living with three social but professional housemates in their late twenties/early thirties.
Great location! Perfect for someone wanting a short term place or a base whilst you find something longer term. I'll make room for storage/clothes etc when I leave :)
-10 min walk to Coogee beach
-10 min min walk to the Spot (Randwick)
-Great transport links – a regular bus straight to the city right outside the house
-15 min walk to the Tramline straight to the city
-Coogee diggers gym is 5 min walk away
The house also has:
-2 Bathrooms
-Big garden
-Huge open plan living area with kitchen and double lounge area
-A desk with ergonomic chair with huge screen if you work from home. Looks over the park - ideal for WFH. Also a desk in the lounge if you prefer to work outside the bedroom.
-Superfast wifi
-Ghost, James' beautiful Swiss shephard dog lives with us, but he is extremely well behaved (he doesn't make a peep) and stays in James' room most of the time.
You’ll be living with a British girl, Charlotte, an Irish Guy, and an Australian/Kiwi guy. It would be great to meet you and welcome you to our home :)
