We live in a recently renovated, 2 bed, 2 bath home with outdoor patio and parking, minutes from Coogee beach. The available room is a double room with built in wardrobe and you’ll get your own modern bathroom with a bath!

We have a great open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room and the house is already furnished (including a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, heating and air conditioning) and the kitchen is well equipped with microwave, pots, pans and cooking utensils.

The location is ideal under 10mins from the beach front and we are right by a park, tennis courts, gyms, cafes and have great transport links and shops mins away.

About the occupants
You’d be living with a female housemate from the UK (been in Aus +1yr) , that’s always up for a walk and brunch or sharing a Netflix night! They work as a creative producer in advertising with some WFH days but also some office days. Into fitness (run clubs, Pilates etc) socialising with friends, MAFS/ reality TV and exploring Sydney’s food scene & all that’s on offer. Her current housemate is sadly relocating 😢
Looking for a long term house mate (6 months plus).
