This is a bright, sunny apartment right on the border of Randwick and Coogee. It’s 10 mins walk down to the beach; or 10 mins walk up to Randwick. Near to the corner of Coogee Bay Road and Carrington Road. But tucked away on a quiet backstreet where you can enjoy peace and relaxation with a beer and a bite on the large entertainers balcony.

Featuring an open plan design with wooden floors throughout the living space, and carpets in the bedroom; fly screens on all the windows; large separate laundry with washer, dryer, big storage unit and a plentiful hot water tank; unlimited wifi with Apple TV and a big screen to enjoy all your Netflix series.

The other 2 bedrooms share the main bathroom. The slightly larger queen size room is rented by Cam - also from the UK, mid 20s and working full time. The third bedroom - which has double bed and mattress, wardrobe and bedside unit, is available from July 15th when the current tenant moves out.

Rent is $550pw for a single; $600pw for a couple.
