Great location between the Spot (10min walk), Randwick High St (15/20min walk) and Coogee Beach (20min walk). Maroubra and the coast path are also close and easy to access. Randwick has a Coles and a Woolies, then it's less than a 10 min drive to Maroubra for Aldi/Coles, 15 to Westfield at Eastgardens or Bondi Junction, and Coogee Bay Road has a Woolies also.
Good transport links. Express bus to the city is a 2 or 10min walk, bus to Bondi Junction is 3 or 10min walk, bus to Maroubra/Eastgardens is 2-3min walk. Light rail into the city from Randwick also.
