Great central location, noticeably cooler in summer and warmer in winter being this close to the ocean, the room available is set in a 2 bed flat on the second floor of a 3 story block of 8 flats in a leafy, safe and quiet neighbourhood. The unit is at the southern end of Coogee Beach-only 1 1/2 blocks away or 300m as the crow flies from the actual beach- and only 1 block from the high st-Coogee Bay rd. So that means Bars, Cafes, Supermarket, Restaurants, Pubs, Chemist etc etc. It's only 100m to Busses to either the CBD or Bondi Junction. There's a choice of gyms within a 5 minute walk, a number of parks and the coastal walk, The Spot including the Ritz cinema a 2 minute bus ride or 5 min ride away. The neighbours are all friendly and quiet, there is enough free street parking to virtually never have to park further than 100m away. Access to the block is also through a security door.
