Looking for ocean views of Coogee just in time for summer? Want to dip in the ocean every chance we can? Want to wake up to a gorgeous sunrise every day? Move in with us!

The apartment has ocean views from every window and it’s truly a pinch yourself you live here feeling.

Myself (Lydia), and my best friend Josie have just signed a 2 year lease on this gorgeous place we can’t wait to call home. We move in on December 23rd and are hoping to find a 3rd roommate to join us within the first week.

The room available will be unfurnished however is large with its own en-suite, built in wardrobes & views of Coogee beach.

The living area is very spacious, where we will move our own furniture into, the kitchen overlooks the water too so dishes will be a dream, and the balcony fits about 7 good lunges across.

We are Lydia & Josie! We’re both 29 years old (on paper, not mind) from the UK who have been best friends for the last 10 years! We had big life changing circumstances this time last year, and as we approached our late twenties, we realised we were on the wrong path so we made the brave decision to start again, and follow the call of a beachside life in Sydney.

This apartment feels like the dream we’ve been working toward. We can already imagine early sunrise runs, followed by morning coffee and yoga on the balcony, and cooking wholesome meals while taking in that breathtaking view. It’s the kind of home that would let us live the balanced, healthy, happy lifestyle we came here for. We’d love to find someone who shares our gratitude in this new home opportunity.
