The house is just a short walk from Coogee Beach, with easy access to plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby. It’s an ideal spot if you want a mix of beach lifestyle and convenience. Close to bus stops for easy transport into the city.

The house is bright and spacious, with tall ceilings, loads of natural sunlight, and large open living areas that make it feel relaxed and comfortable to live in.

The bedroom is generously sized and fully furnished, with a very comfortable king-sized bed, bedside tables, shelving, and seating. There’s plenty of wardrobe space and additional storage, so you won’t feel cramped. There are two large living areas, giving you plenty of space to unwind, watch TV, or hang out without feeling on top of each other. Streaming subscriptions are already set up and included.
