Double bedroom available in a new two-bedroom flat practically ON Coogee beach! The huge wrap-around balcony looks out on to the street, the beach is on our door step and the room is fully furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe and access to the balcony. An array of shops and restaurants, including the Coogee Pavilion, are moments away and there are plenty of buses nearby providing frequent, direct access to the CBD and other suburbs. I have a parking space in the building too, which is currently rented out but will be available from early April for a little extra.

I am a doctor from London, also run a music startup. Looking for a flatmate (no couples) for a short or long term stay. Would love to hear from you if you are interested.
