Relaxing Coogee apartment with a balcony and courtyard walking distance to the beach.

Great size bedroom with queen bed and large built-ins in Coogee. Room is available for short to medium stays... 1 week to 12 months with a possibility of extending. Price is for 1 month plus, happy for shorter stays so please contact me for price.

Location gives you best of everything, a nice 5 - 10 minute easy walk to either Coogee beach, The Spot in Randwick. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants within walking distance. Coogee shops including Woolworths and Randwick shops are also close. There are busses into the City as well as Bondi Junction around the corner and the tram to the city via Surry Hills and central is also within walking distance. An easy flat walk to the beach, with all day street parking available.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a queen bed with a new mattress, mirrored built-ins, desk, chair, 2 bedside tables, lamp and fan. The bed has bed sheets, quilt as well as pillows, and room comes with towels for short term stays so you are ready to go.

Bathroom is shared with a rain style showerhead as well as full sized bath. There is a laundry with machine.

The apartment is north facing and gets great sun on the large balcony which has some couches and an outdoor dining table (there is no inside dining table). There is also a private grass courtyard with large BBQ.

The living room has a very deep couch which is great to relax on. The kitchen has all pots / pans and utensils required with a large fridge. There is aircon in the living room. All windows and balcony door has fly screens.
