Looking for a clean, respectful, female flatmate, preferably mid-20s to 30s, as my roommate is moving overseas.

🏡 APARTMENT: 2 bed, 1 bath with a shared storage unit. Lots of free street parking available. Bedrooms and living room are carpeted. Your room has beautiful natural sunlight! There’s also a shared balcony with a swinging egg chair - quite private as there’s a bit of greenery outside.
🚌 TRANSPORT: 8min walk to the bus stop (Wynyard, Chatswood, RNS buses). 30mins door to door to get to work in the city.
☕️ THE AREA: 5min walk to the Hayden Orpheum cinema and the closest shops. Heaps of restaurants, cafés, and retail shops in the area, as Cremorne is halfway between Neutral Bay and Mosman. 25min walk to Cremorne Point Reserve for a nice stroll by the water!
