I have a beautiful modern 3 level townhouse in Cremorne. The house has a joint front courtyard and a private rear courtyard with a bbq, outdoor dinning & lounge furniture. The downstairs has a fantastic spacious kitchen, dining room, lounge area, laundry and guest powder room. The bedrooms are all located on the second floor and 3rd floor.
One of the best things about this house (other than the amazing housemates you'll get) is the location! The house is located in Cremorne only a minutes walk to busy Military rd. On our street 1 minute walk from the front door is a Woolworths, bottle shop, the best pizza around and several great cafes, bars & restaurants. It is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop which will have you over the bridge and at Wynyard station in the CBD in only one stop (10 mins max) and buses to the cbd come along frequently! Taxis are also readily available at the end of the street and can have you at the Opera House or CBD in 10 mins. We are only minutes walk from a huge selection of bars, restaurants, cafes, gyms, banks, shops and a great local movie theatre.

I'm looking for someone relaxed, tidy, happy to occasionally share a glass of wine or dinner after work but not be offended if I need to hibernate in my room after a long day. I love to cook and enjoy having friends over for dinner and drinks occasionally so would prefer someone who would be okay with this. If I'm home and cooking (i'm actually a pretty great cook) I am happy to cook for housemates but as I work such long hours and usually a few late nights a week I prefer to buy my own food. I have been told I'm great to live with (and I would have to agree) and some of my best friends are former house mates who I am still close with.
You will also be sharing the house with my amazing housemate Vicky and David. Vicky is from Germany but Australia has been her home for the last 6 years. She is in her early 30’s and sooo easy to live with! She also works locally and loves to share an occasional meal and glass of wine. She also makes fantastic coffee!
David is her doing his gap year but will be leaving in a few weeks time.
