Occupants Description

mid twenties to mid thirties, love cohabitating and making this a home. Lucy is a high school teacher and Caitlin works in the city as a legal assistant.
Lucy: 24, loves creativity (seeing, scrapbooking etc!) reading, binge watching the same 4 series on repeat, a cheeky bev and karaoke!!
Caitlin: 35, loves reading, listening to music and podcasts, spending time outside and have started on a fitness journey so am up and out early for the gym most mornings but still love a cheese board and a glass of wine or two!
We love having our friends over, the occasional gathering and sleepover but aren’t a party house. We love hanging out as a house (and this place is very much our home), and we’d be looking for someone to come and fit right in!!
Rent: $290 p/w (not including bills) - bond $1,233 and two weeks rent due to secure the room.
- women / non binary people preferred
⁃ same sort of age (mid twenties to mid thirties), full time worker (preferably mostly in person, but some wfh days are chill too!)
⁃ happy to share household duties and a good communicator.
⁃ LGBT+ friendly (and left leaning values - we care a lot about people and we want our roomie too as well!)
⁃ happy to make this place feel like home - we love it here (and don’t want a roomie who only keeps to themselves/isn’t a little sociable)
⁃ Any furniture welcome !!! Our current roomie owns most of the furniture so we’d be looking at buying/acquiring couches, coffee table, fridge, dining table etc.
- We want someone who is clean, tidy, friendly and who is happy to be a part of the house and also respectful of each others time and space with different work schedules.
