Hey guys and girls!
Welcome to our humble abode. We have a large house with a spare bedroom we want to rent out on top of the 5 currently occupied rooms. First and foremost, we have a dog. In fact, he's a big dog. A very large puppy who is allowed inside and if you're not a dog fan this may not be the place for you.
In short, it's a busy house with all of us working full time and most studying on the side. We are a mix of occupations ranging from tradies to ambos. We have a lounge room, large outdoor verandah, pool and garage if you've got sporting equipment and such to store. We also just got a pool table!
There are shops just up the road (approx 200m), including the essentials, bottle-o and coffee shop and other less essentials like a Friendly Grocer and some restaurants. Dee Why Beach is our closest beach which you can get too in less than 10 minutes. Public transport is just at the end of the road as well with a bus going into the city.
The house is located on a Cul-de-sac with plenty on street parking. It's a quiet street so relatively safe for you to do so. We also have a Granny flat out the back with some fantastic tenants who often partake in weekend beers.
We have a laundry with washer and dryer. Kitchen with all your wants and needs and a BBQ on the verandah.
We are after like minded individuals between the ages 25-35 who are social and enjoy a chat. Preferably after a female to keep the status quo. Preferably non smoker. People with a dog will be considered.

I'm either here or in the Hunter Valley when not on shift however the others are usually around except Luke, our resident Poltergeist, who leads a ridiculously active life.
There's too much to write about each of us so it's best to come on down and get to know us in person.
Once the house and granny flat are occupied, it will be a busy place so it will be important to respect each others privacy. Most importantly you need to be alright with a puppy running around and making odd noises here and there. He's still in training.
