We are located up on Collaroy Plateau, we have a bus stop 2 minutes walk away which would get you to Dee Why or Warringah Mall and from there to any of the northern beaches or the city. You can walk to the beach but uphill on the way back. Less than 2 minute drive.

About occupants
Jamie and I are a married couple and this is our family home. As the children slowly move out, we now have a queen size room and own bathroom we would love to share with someone on a short term basis. We both work full time and are very easy going. We are very house proud and keep our home clean and tidy at all times and would expect our flat mate to do this also. It’s not a party house but we both enjoy a cold beer or a wine. I love cooking and experimenting with recipes and I’m also an avid reader. Jamie is an electrician. We are both very social and up for a chat if you are too. We spend our weekends at the beach or on our boat and don’t mind watching sport on the TV. We have a 24year old daughter who lives at home, works full time and we rarely see as she has a busy lifestyle. We also have a 22 year old who is a full time carpenter and spends his spare time in the surf.
