About the place and the vibe

Hey there — I’ve recently had a change in circumstances and decided to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment here in Cronulla. It’s a large two-bedroom, two-bathroom place, tucked away in a cute little cul-de-sac that’s just a minute from the train station. Super convenient, but still tucked back enough to feel a bit more private. There’s a little alleyway at the end of the street that takes you straight into the heart of Cronulla, so within 2–3 minutes, you’re at the beach, cafés, shops — the whole lot. It’s a gem of a spot.

The apartment itself is modern, clean, comfy, and well-kept. You’ll have your own large bathroom with a full-sized bath, shower, private toilet and vanity. The bedroom also has built-ins and a ceiling fan. We also have a balcony with plenty of green, and a pleasant place to sit at the end of the day.

A bit about me

I’m an easygoing, tidy, hygienic and respectful guy who keeps things pretty relaxed at home. I run a small consulting business, and outside of work, I like to live a fairly healthy lifestyle. I’m into fitness, gym, beach walks, keeping active ,but I balance that out with an unapologetic obsession with pastries, pizza, and café hopping. I’ll try just about any pastry at least once… okay, maybe twice.

When I’m home, I like to keep things calm, clean and peaceful. I don’t wear shoes inside, always clean up after myself, and don’t bring people back, the apartment is my little sanctuary to unwind. I’m into writing (working on a book and short film), and play classical guitar now and then — but don’t worry, I won’t be serenading you through the walls.

Who I’m hoping to live with

I’m looking for someone kind, genuine and easy to live with, someone who’s clean, considerate, and values having a calm home base. If you’re someone who likes to head out to socialise and come home to recharge, we’ll probably get along great.

You’ll always have your own space here. I’m respectful, not intrusive, and just want whoever moves in to feel comfortable, safe and free to be themselves.

If you’re a female, rest assured, I’m a gentleman, and you’ll be in a space where you will always feel respected and comfortable.
