I’m renting out 1 bedroom in my spacious townhouse. The room has air conditioning and is fully furnished the Bathroom is shared between the 2 rooms. There is also available parking downstairs.
The house itself is very spacious and clean. It’s also centrally located - 10 minute drive to the city. The bus stop is only 2 minutes away and the metro is a close 10-minute walk.
All bills are included. You will have access to all amenities in the house including the bbq in the courtyard.
