Hi All, this is a beautiful cosy Two Bedroom house with garage in Croydon Park.
You will be sharing with myself and my pup, Raven, so you must be a dog lover... she is a very sweet and chilled out dog but takes a while to win her affection, as she is a border collie X husky.
The home offers a nice flow with 2 bedrooms and sunroom, good size bathroom with shower and bath. Nice sized laundry with storage, modern kitchen with gas cooking. Great little dining area with my record player. A big comfortable lounge room with Netflix. Kitchen leading out to undercover area with lounge and a nice lawn for activities and relaxing, with space to have all sorts of entertainment. Garage used for storage and crafts, along with my motorbike. I do have a long driveway if you own a car and also plenty of street parking too.
The house is sunlit for most of the day and a great size for 2 people.
Perfectly positioned within a short walk to transport, shops, and parks. Nice relaxed quiet area with great neighbours.
The room is quite spacious with a quirky old fireplace/mantel and small storage. Can fit a queen size bed with desk and other items.

I'm into many creative things and like to get out and about, but also love my chill at home days and enjoy movies and wine and playing with my dog. I am a very clean, creative and organised person, and also respect others in the household.
I have a beautiful pup named Raven, own a motorbike and enjoy a ride out of town from time to time. I enjoy cooking most nights and love to cook for others and have friends over. I love to travel and usually go away for a month each year. I like to build things and be creative with my hands... at the moment I am building a few outdoor furniture items. I'm a very social person, you'll catch me out at pubs owning pool tables, busting tricks on the skateboard at parks, playing poker, building things in the backyard or at markets/op shops finding a sweet deal.
Summer I will be camping, travelling around. Winter I will be snowboarding.
Love my music and crafts days.
