Welcome to our epic 5-bed, 3-level beachside pad in South Curl Curl!
The house is split across three levels:
Level 3 (Top Floor)
This is where Olly and I (Jonah) live. It has two bedrooms, the main kitchen, and a shared bathroom. One of the rooms has a built-in wardrobe, the other doesn’t — but both are cozy and filled with good vibes.
Level 2 (Middle Floor)
Identical layout to the top floor (minus the kitchen), but it features our main living room with a seriously comfy sofa and an awesome, newly refurbished deck — perfect for kicking back or entertaining mates.
Ground Floor (Studio Space)
While not for rent, this self-contained studio with its own bathroom is our shared chill zone. Think BBQs, summer hangouts, or a spot to host your mates when the weather’s too good to be indoors.
We’ve got room for about 3 cars in the driveway and there’s plenty of free on-street parking too. The neighbourhood is super safe and peaceful, just a 4-minute walk to the beach — the dream combo of chill and convenient.
And if you're into footy or a bit of backyard soccer — you’re in luck. We've got a massive garden, and Olly and I don’t muck around, so bring your A-game 😉

We’re both into fitness — love the gym, football, and catching a good sunrise or sunset at the beach. We’re also social, enjoy a cheeky beer or shared meal, but big on keeping the home clean, respectful, and positive.
Our place is in South Curl Curl — just a 4-minute walk to the beach and around the corner from Pico Café. The street is quiet, the vibe is peaceful, and our north-facing view makes winter mornings feel extra cosy.
We’ve got two unfurnished rooms available, so you’re welcome to bring your own furniture and really make the space yours. We’ve already got the basics like a shared sofa and are keen to find someone who’ll treat the place like home.
