Hi There, I am looking for a new flatmate ! I have a beautiful apartment in Darling point with uninterrupted views of Harbour bridge and opera house and I have a room available. The apartment is 2 bedroom . I live in one room and would love to rent out the other room. Price range 500-600 $
Long term or short term is okay .
If you are working from home it’s not a big deal because we have a beautiful library downstairs with opera house and harbour views that I am using as my office occasionally. But otherwise there is a fully equipped office in the apartment as well. Did I mention we have a swimming pool ? This place is perfect all year around.
The apartment has spacious living room with a beautiful island bench kitchen, harbour views and one bathroom. You will be living with one professional female that works in Technology and It would be amazing to have someone similar, responsible with positive vibes.
