Safe and quiet street on Darling Point Road, across the road from Ritchies cafe, bus stop and ferry, and 15mins walk to Edgecliffe train station so super convenient. A short walk down to Double Bay and Ruschcutters - ideal loction, Stunning harbour views, with swimming pool and BBQ area.

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living with me. Ideally looking for a friendly female house mate :) no couples, sorry.

Move in date Thursday 19th March ideally.

I work in advertising and marketing, specialising in the property industry - based in the office in Surrey Hills from 9AM to 6PM and usually head to Pilates or a run/walk after work most week nights. I'm super easy going, social and out going so I tend to spend alot of time outdoors, spending time out with friends and being active. On Friday's I WFH, gym/pilates/lunch and in the evenings I enjoy a relaxed, peaceful time at home after a busy day in the office.
