This Level 33 apartment in the prestigious Elan Building is bathed in sunlight from dawn to dusk with panoramic ocean views from Manly to the Blue Mountains from every window including the room we are renting out. The building has a heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi, billiard room, library, sun deck gardens and good-sized gym with 24 hours Concierge. It doesn't get much better than this, its like living in a hotel / home. The apartment is modern, very clean, nice furniture and fully furnished. The room we are renting has a new queen bed, bedding, large wardrobe with mirrors, desk, armchair and TV.

I work from home professional with various businesses. I have been in Sydney 30 years, speak a few languages, good cook. I enjoy a glass of good wine and a dinner party but also respectful of other people's needs and privacy. I am tidy, play tennis, go to gym, swim and so on. Not a party house but not a monastery either :) European lifestyle....
My 13 year old son, Orlando, also lives with us most of the time. He is charming playful and great fun without being a nuisance, attends school 8-4 pm and is with me about 75% of the time.
Our lovely flat mate Louise, 28 years old from UK, is moving to Qld. so we are looking for a suitable replacement. This is more of a family fun luxurious apartment than a typical party house but we do have fun as well!
We have had a number of European women living with us over the years, all remain great friends and we have enjoyed their Company tremendously and with great respect.
