We are located on a quiet street in Darlinghurst, lucky us and close to supermarkets, cafes, buses, trains, Hyde Park, Domain, Kings Cross, Oxford street, Darlinghurst Road and Victoria Street, Paddington, a walk to CBD/Circular Quay, Operahouse and buses to Bondi, Bronte, Coogee, Randwick, Vaucluse.

Superb location, clean, tidy and you have a room with a built-in wardrobe, desk and chair, lamp, pillows, sheets, blankets, all provided.

Basically, someone who is responsible with rent and sharing the property. More so, we would give preference to someone who is happy to contribute and lookout on how to contribute to a happy living environment.

Bills and expenses

Bills divided on a per week basis and paid every quarter. All calculations done fairly by an accountant with a trail for you to check.
Bills are not much as the total for water, electricity, Foxtel and internet in total costs about $17 per week approx, which is really good.
