About occupants
Hi, I’m Luke! I'm originally from Brisbane but have lived in Sydney for seven years. I currently work full-time at a marketing agency. During the week, I keep things pretty chill with gym sessions, running, and the occasional Netflix wind-down. On weekends, you’ll usually find me catching up with friends, heading to the beach, or exploring new events and spots around the city.

My current lease ends on May 20. After two and a half great years in Darling Point, I’m looking to move somewhere closer to my office and social circle. I’ve got most of the apartment essentials, apart from a fridge and washing machine/dryer. I’d love to team up with someone to find a place and create a warm, welcoming home. I’m willing to pay towards the upper end of my budget ($450 - $525) for a place that’s more central and within walking distance to key spots.

I'm tidy, easygoing, and I value open communication. I'm looking to live with a respectful and friendly housemate(s) who enjoy their own space but are also open to the occasional shared meal, glass of wine, or relaxed chat.
Compatible people
I believe being a good flatmate is all about respect, communication, and being considerate of each other’s space and time. I’m tidy, reliable, and enjoy keeping a positive atmosphere at home. I’m independent but also friendly and social when the vibe is right. I value open communication, whether it’s about shared responsibilities or simply checking in on how things are going. Overall, I aim to create a relaxed and respectful living environment where everyone feels comfortable.
