It has a massive kitchen with all the mod cons that has a breakfast area and the living area is large and long.

Whilst the room is furnished mattress and bed are only two months old - am happy to get rid of what any new housemate does not need or want etc.

I have a big sook female american staffy dog who is gentle and loves people - If you don't like dogs she will make it her mission to change your mind.
