✔ Home gym inside the unit for a good workout! Yea you don't have to pay for a gym membership while staying here :)
✔ Washing machine and dryer (the dryer is so convenient).
✔ Bathtub in the bathroom (grab a glass of wine and a book)
✔ Kitchen with several appliances including Air Fryer, Dishwasher, Juicer and many more.
✔ The room has a balcony and STUNNING views of the CBD and Oxford st. You can check the purple pic of this Listing. I took it when the sky was amazing.
✔ Easy transport to literally everything in Sydney. Museum station just 3 min walk and several buses to Oxford st.
✔ Will be sharing the flat with my lovely 32 yo Brazilian flatmate (he has his own private room).
