I work as a Personal Trainer so I’m up and out of the apartment early, have little breaks in between the day and work every afternoon so I don’t get back until around 8pm Mon-Fri. I obviously like to stay active and live a mostly clean and healthy lifestyle besides the odd chocolate treats here and there :)
When I’m not with my son on the weekends I like to get out and explore, spend time at the beach and/or catchup with friends socially. I love to keep the house extremely tidy and clean and I hope my next roommate is of similar values :)

Someone who cleans up after themselves and is neat and tidy would be ideal. If you’re active, take care of yourself then thats a bonus but not essential. It’s not a party house either so I’m not looking for someone to move in and have friends over every weekend for drinks and partying sorry
