About occupants
Hey, I’m Jack! I’m 27, gay and work in cyber security. I work Monday to Friday working from home. I’m friendly and easygoing and I love a fun, social home - game nights, hanging out - that kind of thing. Having a good household vibe is really important to me.

I stay pretty active - gym and running during the week - and on weekends I’m usually exploring the city, hitting the beach or hanging with friends.
Compatible people
I’m looking for a flatmate who’s chill, respectful and easy to get along with. A clean and tidy home is really important to me, not “inspection ready 24/7,” but definitely not “mystery dishes in the sink for 2 days” either so I’m looking for someone who’s likes to keep things clean and take a bit of pride in the shared space.

Good communication is also important. Being able to talk openly about things like bills, guests or anything that comes up makes living together much easier and more comfortable. I’m very easygoing and I value a relaxed, respectful house vibe.

It would be nice to be friends with the person rather than just two randoms living together :)

I’ve also got a mini dachshund, Miles - he's very friendly, loves attention and will absolutely try to become your best friend.

Overall, I think the right fit would be someone friendly, fun and low-drama who genuinely helps keep their home a clean, calm and positive place to live.
