Hi! I am renting my room short term in August(from July Tuesday 28th to August Sunday 23rd, flexible dates if needed).
-Price: $350 week including bills and internet. A bargain.
-Location: Womerah Avenue, Darlinghurst.
-Room: 1 queen bed with a exterior windows and a lot of space.
-House: 4 rooms victorian house with 1 bathroom and garden. Full equipped and renovated kitchen and very clean.
-People: you will be sharing the house with another 3 friends (2 girls and 1 boy) settle in Sydney from more than 5 years ago, so it’s not a party house but we enjoy having friends at home. Very nice and friendly we respect the quiet nights and everyone works out.
