Description of the home

The house has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also have a lovely backyard garden that we enjoy when the weather is nice.

There are 3 bathrooms in total. Two bathrooms are shared between the three standard bedrooms, while the fourth bedroom has its own ensuite.
We're looking for someone to take one of the standard bedrooms, which shares the two bathrooms with the other housemates.

The house is a mix of backpackers and young professionals.

The house is located in the heart of Darlinghurst, within walking distance of Woolworths, Aldi, and Coles. Bus stops are less than a 2-minute walk away, with frequent services into the CBD and the Eastern Beaches.

The neighbourhood has everything you could need right on your doorstep, with plenty of cafés, bars, restaurants, gyms, and parks nearby. It's a vibrant area with a fantastic atmosphere while still being incredibly convenient for getting around Sydney.

We split them equally and they vary depending on usage but average AUD 80 per month
