Description of the home
We’re in a bright, modern three-storey terrace in the heart of Darlinghurst. The house is spacious and surprisingly quiet considering how central it is, with a shared living space and a separate study that you’re welcome to share if you work from home.
We’re a short walk from Oxford Street, Hyde Park, Kings Cross and the CBD, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets nearby.
We’re looking for someone friendly, clean and independent who’ll be respectful of the shared spaces. We’re LGBTQ+ friendly and WFH friendly, but unfortunately can’t accommodate any additional pets.
We rent directly through a private landlord who looks after the property and will occasionally drop by for repairs or maintenance.

Bills and expenses
Bills aren’t included in the weekly rent and will be split evenly between the household.
There’s also a two-week deposit at the beginning of the stay. There’s no additional bond.

We’re pretty relaxed during the week and like home to feel comfortable and easygoing. We’ll occasionally have friends over for dinner or drinks.
We’re friendly and happy to hang out when it happens naturally, but also have our own lives and value having our own space.
The setup is particularly good for someone who enjoys their privacy, as you’ll have your own floor and facilities. You’re more than welcome to hang out with us downstairs when you feel like it, but there’s absolutely no expectation to.
We’re LGBTQ+ friendly, WFH friendly and happy for you to have friends over. We just wouldn’t be suited to someone looking for a party house.
Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate any additional pets during the stay.
