About occupants
Hey, my name is Julian I’m a 32 years old gay guy, usually you would find me at the gym, chilling, or working.
Looking to rent my room while I’m overseas for the holiday. You will be sharing the house with a friend of mine (flatmate - 2 bedrooms, you just share bathroom). We are very clean and tidy. He’s friendly and you won’t see much of him sometimes. It is not a party house tho welcome to host people with care.
