RENT AND DEPOSIT
I require $200 holding fees. (not refundable) Balance of the rent $200 when moving in. (this is for a week payment)

The rent is including all bills (unlimited Wifi Internet, Electricity and Water).
The length of stay is a minimum of 3 month and no maximum length.

- Sunny, clean and tidy bedroom
- Clean, fully furnished and freshly painted room with a single bed, and 2 sets of bed sheets, quilts, covers, pillowcases are supplied
- Big wardrobe space and bedside table with Fan provided.
- One set of keys main entrance and apartment
- The main windows allow lots of sun and air to come into your bedroom.

- Bus stop infront to Bondi , Bronte, Coogee and Maroubra beach
- Bus stop directly across to The Opera House and Sydney CBD, if you don't want to walk to.

I’m a single mum with a 13 year old daughter who stays with me about 20% of the time. She’ll be with me full time for the next three weeks while my ex is away. I also have a friendly, well behaved dachshund. She’s quiet and relaxed, except during fireworks.
I’m easygoing and friendly, and I love cooking, baking, and anything food related. I enjoy traveling when I can, and winding down with a cup of tea or a glass of wine while watching a good series.
My boyfriend stays over regularly, and we’re both respectful of shared spaces and always mindful of house dynamics. We like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and occasionally host small, friendly get togethers, which you’re always welcome to join.
