Due to covid, my housemate is moving home and I am looking for someone to take the room asap. The unit is very spacious, big kitchen, internal laundry and courtyard. The available room is furnished with a queen bed + koala mattress, study desk and mirrored built-ins. You will also have the main bathroom with shower and bath to yourself as I have an ensuite. I also have a mini home gym setup with dumbbells, weight plates, barbells, kettlebells, bands and a rowing machine so you will have no problems keeping fit during this time!
Located walking distance to Sydney Uni, Redfern Station, Newtown and Glebe.
