1 minute walk to the bus (180x) that goes to warringah mall, neutral bay and Wynyard. 10 minute walk to the beach.
No Couples or pets. There is street parking available.
Housemates are Kat and Noa a lovely couple in late 20s. They love cooking, surfing, going to the gym and beach. They work from home 2 days per week.
