We are located at level 3 in this apartment. We have 2 bedrooms in this property, and the one I am subletting is all furnished. Sorry there would probably be no room if you are bringing more furniture. We share the bathroom and the kitchen. You can use kitchenettes, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine and rice cooker. The weekly rent doesn't include the bills (which are electricity, gas, and wifi), and we also share the cost for cleaning products. There is a little balcony where we hang our clothes. The apartment is right next to RSL, 5-min walk from Dee Why Beach and Coles, 7-min walk to the B1 bus stop.

I am subletting my bedroom for this winter as I am doing this ski season in the snowy mountains. You will be living with another female student doing her PhD who studies from home (usually in her bedroom) and share the facility and the living room together. It's a calm and cozy flat 5 min walk from the beach. We are both surfers and have a surf rack at home if needed. Sometimes we share the groceries and cook together and enjoy the evening with a wall projector in the living room. It is not a party flat, and we don't accept smokers.
